Friendly and accommodating staff made the stay enjoyable.
The window shade in the room wouldn't open completely, limiting sunlight. The desk chair appeared dirty with stains and needed cleaning. These minor issues could have been easily resolved but left a negative impression .

The breakfast was nice hot and complementary with a huge variety of items. All the staff we met were very friendly and knowledgeable.

staff was nice
pool was out of order and apparently had been for over a week but no one told us when we checked in. The room had a lot of wear and tear although the linens and towels appeared to be clean.

Exactly what I think, no more, no less
The clean rooms, super comfy beds. The breakfast area was spacious and beautifully clean. Easy access from the highway and tucked away from the crowd was a bonus! Can't forget about that pristine pool area too!

The breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was clean and the bedding was up to the standards for Hampton Inns. Easy freeway access (if that is important). The staff was pretty friendly overall.
It is a little "off the beaten path" as far as the city of Natchitoches is concerned--the downtown being 4-5 miles away. Also, the property is older and shows some signs of wear.

Family with kids safe haven
The staff were great for my family, really impressed with how friendly they were all week. The kids loved the pool area, it was clean and well kept, perfect for them to play safely.
The price felt a bit steep at times but for what we got, it was still reasonable.

I stayed with a group of friends, and we had a blast exploring local attractions. The breakfast was great, offering plenty of options to fuel our adventures. Checking in was smooth, and the staff was always there to help us. I recommend checking out the nearby hiking trails for a fun day outside.
One drawback was the confusing pre-authorization charges on my credit card. It left us wondering what was going on, even though we were only charged the proper amount at checkout.

Very clean room and good amenities.
Did not see or was not aware of other than continental breakfast. I reserved two rooms. One was supposed to be a King study, meaning it was supposed to have a sofa sleeper in it. We got a King and a rollaway bed. It turned out okay. My grandkids are pretty easy to please. The desk clerk was going to change the kids over to a king study, but the rollaway bed arrived before she could do that so we just went with it.

The breakfast area felt spacious, and I appreciated the variety of quality items offered. The room was clean. I faced a small issue with the shower pressure, but it didn't overshadow the positive experience.

Spacious room with clean amenities. Limited parking available. Enjoyed the evening snacks with local specialties. Breakfast options were decent but could use more variety. Friendly staff helped with check-in.

Staff was very accommodating. When we arrived a few minutes prior to check-in time, we mentioned we had a wedding to attend. The staff went in "all hands on deck" mode to get us a room ready. Note we have a 23 month old, so this was a huge deal for us and greatly appreciated. Kudos to the staff for their efforts and TEAMWORK!
